After more than two decades as a wellness coach, exercise physiologist, and nutritionist, I saw a recurring pattern I couldn’t ignore: women over 40 were doing “everything right” — eating clean, working out, taking handfuls of supplements — and still feeling exhausted, inflamed, and frustrated with their changing bodies. I lived it too. As I navigated perimenopause myself, I realized that the wellness industry wasn’t built for us — the women in our 40s, 50s, and beyond who want to feel strong, balanced, and vibrant without chasing extremes.
